Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MBMR AUTO SERVICE INC. as a key support role.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Greet customers and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company and its services.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Correspondence and Reporting: Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access to support business operations and data management.

- Financial Management: Skilled in preparing and maintaining financial statements, invoices, and other financial documents.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

- Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
