Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Forest Inn & Conference Centre Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
