**Job Summary**
Redleo Software Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Document Clerk and Records Management Specialist. This is an onsite position located in the Burnaby area, working a day shift.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain the company's physical and electronic records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure all documents are organized, easily accessible, and stored in a secure and efficient manner.
- Scanning and loading documents into a database or SharePoint.
- Sorting and properly categorizing documents and/or records.
- Inputting information into Excel spreadsheets.
**Requirements:**
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including EXCEL and PIVOT tables.
- Expertise in MS Excel Spreadsheet.
- Good understanding of SharePoint Database.
