About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Summerlyn Pet Hospital. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to data protection and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office management.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
