Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Data Management Specialist to join our administrative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by entering, updating, and organizing client information within our electronic systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Digitally capture and process various data types, including invoices, financial statements, and client details.
  • Maintain a well-structured and organized digital storage system to guarantee complete and accurate data entries.
  • Manage physical documentation such as invoices, inventory records, and other financial documents.
  • Continuously refine filing systems and establish data entry standards to enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to identify and resolve any missing or inconsistent data.
  • Respond to data inquiries and promptly report any significant data discrepancies to management.
  • Adhere to best practices in data management, upholding a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Proficiency in data entry software such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to identify errors with accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks.
  • Solid typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
