About the Role

NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled Account Service Management Specialist to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and administering ITIL-based service support and technical account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management.
  • Coordinate resources, manage client relationships, resolve disputes, and provide technical resolution management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at various levels, from tactical to strategic.
  • Manage projects with oversight from your supervisor and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in service delivery and account management.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
  • Travel, including overnight domestic or international trips, may be required.
