We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our DSW team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store environment and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diverse customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Facilitate achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who have a love of shoes.
  • Achieve company objectives and enhance the DSW brand image by modeling our values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, and Authenticity/Humility.
  • Develop and implement agile business plans to achieve results.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
