Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare reports and documentation for review by executive committees and boards.
  • Oversee staff and ensure effective customer service delivery.
  • Draft invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and manage contracts.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to provide meaningful insights and services.
  • Process payments and manage refunds and credits.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Perform general office tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Log and manage complaints efficiently.
Supervision

Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing customer service clerks.

Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Type: Previous experience in a call center is an asset.
