Job Title: Lead Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team at CIMA+. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of recruiters while ensuring effective collaboration with the leadership of different internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, motivate, and evaluate a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans that align with our company's goals.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to leadership on best recruitment practices and employment market trends.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department.
  • Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Evaluate short-term and long-term recruitment needs and develop plans to proactively address them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Over ten years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within a dynamic and competitive market.
  • At least two years of experience in team management.
  • Expertise in best recruitment practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
  • Strong sense of customer service and ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to design and implement new ideas to improve processes and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
  • Team-oriented.
