Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee the Accounts Receivable team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough credit assessments on new and potential clients to mitigate risk.
- Develop and implement debt collection strategies aligned with company regulations.
- Establish and enforce timely invoicing and payment collection deadlines.
- Monitor and optimize invoicing and payment collection processes for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure prompt payment collection and resolution of any discrepancies.
- Negotiate with clients to resolve payment disputes and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on payment collections to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and payments.
- Stay current on legislative procedures related to debt collection and ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial operations or accounts receivable management role.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
