Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Operations Manager at McCallum Sandwiches Ltd involves overseeing the daily activities of our culinary establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Identify the types of services to be provided and implement effective operational protocols.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of staff performance to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to meet operational needs.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Manage agreements with suppliers for food and other necessary provisions.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to all patrons.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
