About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Fluidra North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on Fluidra's products and services, provide product training and support to customers, and ensure that customers are aware of new products and services.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and work with customers to resolve any issues.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of outside sales experience in the pool industry or a related field.
  • Education: B.S. in a technical field or equivalent technical product experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tools and Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google email and scheduling, and CRM tools.
