Company Overview: Tier 9 Game Studios is a pioneering mobile gaming company dedicated to revolutionizing the gacha game industry. We are currently developing Auto Battles Online, which has garnered over a million downloads. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Game Developer to enhance our engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative features.

Role Summary: As a Game Developer at Tier 9 Game Studios, you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and optimization of game mechanics, features, and systems. While your primary focus will be on technical aspects, you may also assist in various development areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks from inception to completion.
  • Design and implement new systems to meet project objectives.
  • Learn and engage with existing systems.
  • Ensure code adheres to quality and performance standards for deployment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues or areas for enhancement.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in C# and/or Java, with a strong commitment to software engineering principles and code quality.
  • Experience with Unity or comparable game engines.
  • Ability to quickly prototype and refine to high standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and testing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Flexible schedule for addressing urgent production issues, though we strive to minimize this.
  • A positive mindset and a passion for developing exceptional mobile games.
