Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.

Chef Management

Lead and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.

Quality Control

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Staff Development

Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

35 hours per week
