We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Worker 2 to join our team at the Outreach Urban Health Centre in Kelowna, B.C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide life skills, advocacy, and supportive counseling to clients living in their own housing.
  • Establish rehabilitation objectives and psychosocial rehabilitation plans for assigned client populations.
  • Engage clients in various community settings as meaningful collaborators in their own service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of supervised consumption services and harm reduction principles.
  • Ability to work with clients with complex mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Previous experience working with marginalized, homeless populations is an asset.
