Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bilingual (English / French)

Compensation: $29 to $35 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500

Location: Toronto Branch

At CB Canada, our Finance team plays a crucial role in the overall success of our operations.

Collaboration is key. This position requires in-office presence, and we seek individuals who are dedicated to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to address overdue payment issues.
  • Manage a significant volume of collection-related email inquiries from clients.
  • Conduct over 120 client interactions daily through calls and emails.
  • Assess and escalate accounts that are significantly overdue.
  • Assist in monitoring the aging of collection accounts.
  • Identify accounts at risk and communicate findings to management.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English / French) is mandatory - full fluency in both spoken and written forms.
  • Experience in a business-to-business setting is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in collections is an advantage.
  • Call center experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
