Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train a team of accounting and related clerks to ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer payments.
- Develop and implement processes to improve cash flow, reduce days sales outstanding, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving cash flow and reducing days sales outstanding.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
