Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving account discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail regarding account balances, payment terms, and other financial matters.
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, including discrepancies in billing, payment, and credit.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and negotiate payment plans as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze account activity to identify trends and areas for improvement.
