The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, customer service, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and bank deposits.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Personal Qualities: Adaptability, analytical skills, efficiency, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
