Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Investment Advisors and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account management.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for Advisors and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Aptitude to build quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset.
