Job Title: General Office Worker

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Worker to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, customer service, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and bank deposits.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and verifying documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
