Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of swim lesson memberships and related products and services, while providing exceptional customer service to our existing and new members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the sales process using leads generated through marketing activities, including events, advertising, and referrals.
  • Effectively communicate with potential customers to address their needs and expectations, while presenting the services available from Goldfish Swim School.
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries from existing members, building strong relationships and providing a positive experience.
  • Assist members with purchases of merchandise and vending products.
  • Resolve member concerns using a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Prepare daily reports and schedules to support lesson execution and management activities.
  • Participate in training and in-services as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in direct sales or a related retail sales role.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Excellent presentation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Positive and clear phone manner.
  • Motivated to achieve sales results.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills using Word, Excel, and other software systems.
