Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Ajoc International Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, customer service, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database and other systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and maintaining our filing system.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
Working Conditions:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
