About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Global Mobility Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client engagements and growing our global mobility services practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements and develop strategic plans to drive growth and success
  • Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients on Canadian and US personal income tax returns, payroll calculations, and tax equalizations
  • Conduct research and financial modeling to deliver technical tax analyses and recommendations supporting employee relocations
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of work
  • Collaborate with colleagues across service lines and member firms to deliver exceptional client service
  • Monitor engagement budgets and project milestones to ensure timely delivery

Requirements
  • Relevant accounting designation (e.g. Canadian or US CPA)
  • At least 4 years of experience in cross-border/expatriate Canadian and US personal tax
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and present new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
