This role is ideal for individuals possessing exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to manage the daily functions of one of our properties.

The Property Supervisor position is crucial within our organization and significantly impacts tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing building maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining open communication with residents regarding property concerns and rental transactions. The successful candidates will collaborate closely with the property manager to facilitate seamless building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  2. Conduct regular building maintenance and cleaning tasks
  3. Ensure cleanliness of all common areas according to a defined schedule, including the lobby, elevators, mailroom, and waste disposal areas
  4. Address residents' inquiries and concerns promptly
  5. Show available apartments to potential residents
  6. Meet with new tenants to coordinate move-in schedules and familiarize them with the property
  7. Complete inspection reports for units during tenant transitions
  8. Handle various administrative tasks, including correspondence and rent collection
  9. Collaborate with contractors to execute necessary repairs with minimal disruption to residents
  10. Participate in an on-call rotation during specified evenings and weekends.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 annually
