Job Title: Building Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at WM Fares Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment/condominium complex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse.
  • Facilities Management: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs and contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Customer Service: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Work in all weather conditions, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cleaning and facilities management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
