**About the Role**

Accoravillage is a leading provider of innovative solutions, seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Consultant to join our team. As a Commercial Insurance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters client loyalty and retention
  • Identify clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, providing expert guidance and support
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing in-depth knowledge of underwriting principles and industry trends
  • Build strong, authentic client relationships and promote insurance products that meet their unique needs

**Requirements:**

  • A results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • A master time manager with the ability to prioritize workload, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines
  • An insurance broker license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • 2-3 years of commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience, with a strong understanding of industry best practices
