About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website, ensuring that it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software, ensuring that it is engaging and effective.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in web development, software development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
