Food Service Team Lead

GUAC MEXI GRILL is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
- Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
