Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our merchant partners, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to partner queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Account Management: Build strong relationships with our merchant partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Take ownership of resolving complex issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to find solutions that meet the needs of our partners.
  • Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with our services and products, providing comprehensive knowledge to our merchant partners and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our merchant partners and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of business software and systems.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
