We are excited to collaborate with Smart Savvy in their search for a full-time, permanent Senior Market Insights Advisor. This role involves spearheading market research initiatives and providing valuable insights to enhance the organization's dedication to health and wellness.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring occasional presence at the headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse research initiatives across various departments.
  • Collect data and establish clear research objectives.
  • Select suitable quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
  • Define project milestones and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Maintain continuous communication with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze findings and offer insights to support the development of programs and services.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to enhance internal initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in market research utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or social sciences with a focus on market research.
  • Experience in collaborative environments and/or public sector organizations.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to co-manage projects.
  • Comfortable providing recommendations based on research outcomes.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
