Role Overview:

This position is designed to assist the Senior Manager of Regional Marketing and the Director of Regional Marketing in executing various marketing events and initiatives across properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Regional Marketing to implement all national in-property experiences and oversee the on-site execution of marketing initiatives, including issue resolution, quality assurance, and vendor coordination.
  • Support retail partners with their communication requirements, including store openings, anniversary celebrations, and ongoing management of the client marketing portfolio across property assets.
  • Assist in organizing marketing activities such as national promotions, client events, specialty leasing, sponsorships, and signage installations.
  • Work alongside the Senior Manager of Regional Marketing to strategize and implement property marketing activities aimed at increasing traffic, dwell time, sales, and market share.
  • Gather and analyze data to prepare standardized reports that reflect the effectiveness of the annual marketing strategy.
  • Deliver professional and efficient service to both internal and external clients as well as community organizations.
  • Help monitor and manage the annual marketing budget to ensure responsible use of financial resources.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Digital teams to enhance social media strategies and support broader business objectives.
  • Engage in regular evaluations of competing shopping centers and venues to remain updated on industry trends.
  • Assist the leasing team in onboarding new clients to the shopping centers.
  • Conduct small-scale research projects to provide insights for various teams within Cadillac Fairview.
  • This role may involve servicing multiple properties within a designated regional area based on geographic needs.

  • Effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Experience in media relations and public relations.
  • Knowledge of market research is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
