Marketing Expert Wanted for Award-Winning Charity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing expert to take on a Head of Marketing role at a small, award-winning charity that enriches and supports the lives of people affected by dementia. As a marketing team of 1, you will be both hands-on and strategic, with a focus on helping scale up the awareness, reach, and impact of the charity's product over the next 2 years.

About the Role

We are looking for a pro-active, people-person with a comfortable decision-making style. You will have experience designing and delivering a marketing strategy, including B2B marketing, and enjoy writing newsletters, email marketing, and social media posts. Your empathetic approach and test-and-learn mindset will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase awareness and reach of the charity's product
  • Design and deliver B2B marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
  • Write and edit marketing materials, including newsletters, email marketing, and social media posts
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with the charity's team to ensure alignment and effective communication
What We Offer
  • Salary: £38,000- £42,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Fixed Term contract – 2 years, with the aim to become permanent
  • Full Time role – open to requests for 4 days or flexible working patterns
  • 25 days annual holiday plus 2 days December leave and Bank Holidays, Company pension scheme
  • Hybrid working – 2 days pw in the office, Central London
