Job Title: Software Sales Executive

At Nadracardcentre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to maximize their potential.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the sales budget efficiently and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Organize and conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA is a plus).
  • Extensive sales and management experience.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
