Job Title: Healthcare Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Services Director to join our team at The Allergy Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of healthcare services and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the healthcare services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Service Development: Develop and implement new healthcare services and programs to meet the evolving needs of our patients and the healthcare industry.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all healthcare services meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with healthcare partners, stakeholders, and the community to promote the delivery of integrated healthcare services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
