Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum content for educational programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and Academy of Healthcare Services' goals.
- Program Coordination: Coordinate logistics for educational programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance student learning outcomes and overall program quality.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the education team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in education program coordination or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
