Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive digital marketing initiatives to drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies that support cross-functional business goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital creative assets, including website UX, content, and analytics.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage a team of direct reports and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management.
- Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent self-starter with strong analytical and influencing skills.
- Strong written and presentation abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships and relationships.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other related tools.
