About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Wellspring Health and Wellness clinic. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Clinical Operations
    • Manage the flow of information between healthcare professionals and patients
    • Coordinate patient appointments and schedules
  • Maintain Confidential Records
    • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns
    • Provide support to healthcare professionals as needed
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
    • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and documents
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows
