Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Clinical Operations
    • Manage the flow of information between healthcare professionals and patients
    • Coordinate appointments and schedules
    • Process and maintain confidential medical records
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Assist with data entry and record-keeping
    • Prepare and distribute documents and reports
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Technology
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience with electronic medical records and other clinical software

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week
