Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator at Joseph Haulage Canada Corp., you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and ensuring efficient operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders and instructions received from clients.
  • Logistics Planning: Strategically plan and organize the logistics operations of the organization.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work on logistics equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs to track operational efficiency.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor and keep track of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understand and apply cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Information Processing: Process and relay information to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Expense Recording: Document mileage, fuel usage, repairs, and other operational expenses.
  • Scheduling: Schedule assignments and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related field.
