About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at emergiTEL Inc. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in achieving its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the organization's goals.
  • HR Department Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on various topics, including HR policies and procedures.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to support the organization's goals.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to support HR functions.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable.
