Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at TBAAR Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Point of Sale: Operate electronic cash registers and point of sale systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic cash register and point of sale system.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and team player.
