Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions.
    • Serve food and beverages in a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on their dining experience and making recommendations for future visits.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers and colleagues to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
