  • **Traffic Controller**
  • **IT Help Desk/Support Technician**
  • **Sustainability Analyst**

**Job Responsibilities:**

Each position requires a unique set of skills and qualifications. Below are some of the key responsibilities for each role:

**Quarry Worker:**

• Perform miscellaneous labor and maintenance work

• Work at various locations around the city of Ottawa

• Reliable transportation is required

• Hours of work are typically between 10-12 hours

**Traffic Controller:**

• Direct and control traffic safely in and through the work zone

• Direct heavy equipment when working in close proximity of traffic and other hazards

• Communicate and interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner

• Work a 50 hour work week, 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday

**IT Help Desk/Support Technician:**

• Resolve technical support issues remotely and onsite

• Diagnose and repair hardware problems

• Configure and test equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Install upgrades

• Provide printer support

• Deploy and troubleshoot mobile devices

**Sustainability Analyst:**

• Assist with calculations to determine the carbon footprint of various services

• Calculate carbon credits generated through changes to operations

• Review Federal and Provincial carbon credit programs

• Evaluate enhanced recycling processes

• Other tasks as required

**Requirements:**

• A G class driver's license is required for some positions

• Shared vehicles are available for booking

• Typical working hours are 7:30am-4:30pm
