Your Opportunity:

This role will oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for driving a culture of excellence, ensuring seamless production processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive profitability and growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing production team
  • Manage inventory, warehousing, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
  • Lead facility-specific sales initiatives and manage RFPs and contracts
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of broad management experience
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing functions
  • Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in spreadsheet applications
  • Strong planning, organizational, and results-oriented skills

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $138,000 - $148,000. The actual base salary offered depends on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. Taylor Corporation offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to its employees.
