Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their requirements are met.
    • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain hotel operations.
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as necessary.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reports, as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
