Hotel Clerk Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of hotel clerks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Administration: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain efficient hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
