Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Impression Travel Inc. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our travel services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and leading a team of travel professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of travel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Other Benefits: Free parking available, learning/training paid by employer, paid time off, team building opportunities, and a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
