Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Impression Travel Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Travel Operations: Oversee the planning and execution of travel itineraries, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Hire, train, and develop a team of travel professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Travel Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Analyze and improve travel processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Travel Operations or a Related Field
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
