We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Liberty House Law Firm. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our law firm.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our lawyers and staff
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Communication and Correspondence
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant staff members
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Administrative Support
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry tasks
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
As an Administrative Assistant at Liberty House Law Firm, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to maintain attention to detail and work efficiently to meet the needs of our team.
Requirements- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- High school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
